Shipping - No handling or service charges. We are happy that you trust to be your supplier and are not about to charge you for that service.
UPS shipments - UPS charges $9.00 for COD shipments. Delivery is one to seven days depending on your location. Second day air and 3 day select is available.
Back Orders - Our inventory allows us next day shipping however, if we happen to be out of handmade or hard-to-get item, we will put in a back order for you. We will confirm before shipping if more than 30 days have passed.
Credit Cards - For your convenience, we offer credit card charging through all major cards.
Credit - We believe in good old-fashion honesty. However, due to our continued growth and education, we are forced to take a different approach on credit.
Returns - No returns without prior authorization. Returns are subject to a 10% restocking fee.
Returned checks - There will be a $20.00 fee on all returned checks.
